    The object of the present invention is an opening / closing device for flexible packaging, applicable in particular to those packages intended to contain a variable number of product units, and which have a dispensing mouth through which they are extracted successive units of product as it is needed; allowing said device to make successive openings and closures of the container to preserve the remaining product in suitable conditions.
    This device is mainly applicable in flexible packages of wet wipes, makeup remover pads and similar hygiene products; It is also applicable to packaging of other products, for example food products. State of the art
    Currently, different types of opening / closing devices for flexible packages are known. Specifically, the closure devices are known which have a rigid frame of plastic material that is fixed by means of an adhesive around the dispensing opening of the container and which has a folding closing lid.
    This type of rigid device provides some advantages of use among which it is possible to mention an adequate sealing of the closure and that the lid, once opened, is maintained in this position which facilitates the extraction of successive units using a single hand. However, it has some drawbacks such as high manufacturing costs and the difficulty of stacking the containers,


    taking into account that this rigid device protrudes from the upper surface of the container and does not form a surface suitable for stable stacking of other packages.
    Document ES1058971US describes an opening / closing device for a disposable flexible container for wet wipes or other products in which, said flexible container is constituted by a sheet of a waterproof flexible material arranged in the form of a flat, closed tubular bag at its ends by two transverse seams and having on one side a dispensing opening through which the wet wipes are dispensed. The opening / closing device comprises an adhesive base sheet, attached against a portion of the flexible container covering said dispensing opening. Said base sheet comprises two symmetrical contour cuts that separate a central folding flap, which covers the dispensing opening, and two portions of perimeter frame that always remain attached to the laminar surface of the container. The folding flap is connected to the base sheet by a line of doubles that acts as a hinge and has a non-adhesive grip tab on an opposite side of said fold line. The mentioned cuts have opposite curved end terminations, among which the fold line of the central flap is defined. This opening / closing device has several drawbacks. Specifically, the curved terminations constitute stress concentrators located at the limit of the flap opening, which entails a risk of tearing of the base sheet material and, consequently, of the flap breakage. In addition, the simple line of doubles that connects the flip flap to the base sheet, and acts as a hinge, does not guarantee that, once opened, the flap does not remain in the open position making it difficult to remove the wet wipes
    In document ES 2421381 T3 an opening / closing device for disposable flexible packaging is described similar to that described above, having the particularity that the base sheet comprises a lower layer and an upper layer joined together by adhesive, and said fold line it is formed by a continuous cut that completely affects said lower layer of the base sheet but that


    does not affect said upper layer. A disadvantage of the opening / closing device of document ES 2421381 T3 is the need to use two sheets to achieve the hinge effect, with the impact on the cost that this entails, and which does not solve the problems of adhesion of the label when it is wetted the contour of the dispensing mouth of the container due to the removal of the wipes.
    In document ES1096055U an opening / closing device for disposable flexible packaging is described, with characteristics similar to those mentioned above, with the difference that the base sheet comprises a lower layer, an upper layer and an intermediate layer located between said layers lower and upper and attached thereto by respective bonding adhesives. The said fold line is formed by a continuous cut that completely affects the lower and intermediate layers of the base sheet but does not affect the upper layer of the base sheet. Preferably, the upper layer of the base sheet has a thickness and / or stiffness less than the thickness and / or stiffness of the lower layer and the intermediate layer of the base sheet has a thickness and / or stiffness greater than the thickness and / or stiffness of the lower layer. In this way, one of the objectives of this type of device is achieved, consisting of the opening / closing flap being held in the open position without tendency to close, facilitating the extraction of product with one hand.
    This device in particular has a drawback consisting in the need to increase the number of forming layers of the base sheet and the manufacturing complexity of the device with the consequent increase in cost thereof.
    The applicant of the present invention is unaware of the existence of a history of opening / closing devices provided with an adhesive sheet that allows the main problems of these devices to be solved simultaneously and satisfactorily; specifically:
    - obtaining a closure that provides adequate sealing to prevent evaporation of the essences of the product contained in the package,
    - avoid the problems of adhesion of the label when the contour of the dispensing mouth of the container is moistened due to the removal of wipes
    or wet products contained therein;


    - avoid breakage and detachment of the label due to the tearing of the sheet by the area of the brakes or ends of the cuts that delimit the contour of the opening and closing flap;
    - ensure that once the flip flap is open, it remains open to handle and extract the products with one hand, without resorting to the use of a sheet with two or three superimposed layers, making the product more expensive.
    - make the label removable; that is, it can be opened and closed as many times as necessary during the life of the product. Description of the invention
    The opening / closing device for flexible packaging is of the type described in the pre-characterizing part of the first claim and comprising a first sheet having: - a lower face that incorporates at least a part of its surface a layer of removable adhesive; - a folding line, - an extreme fixing portion of said first sheet in a position of use with respect to the flexible container by means of the removable adhesive and - an opening and closing flap that can be rotated with respect to the folding line between: a closing position in which it remains attached to the wall of the container and establishes the closure of a dispensing mouth delimited in the wall of the container by a pre-cut line; and an opening position in which it is arranged raised allowing access to said dispensing mouth.
    This opening / closing device has constructive particulars oriented to satisfactorily solve the problem set forth above, and to allow in a basic embodiment the conformation of the device by means of a single first adhesive semi-rigid sheet, fixed on the container, said first sheet presenting a line cutting with specific characteristics to allow successive openings and closures of the device and allow, once opened, a flap defined in said first sheet to keep itself in an open position, facilitating the handling and extraction of the product contained in the container with one hand and without the need to use additional layers


    of material.
    Another object of the invention is to define in the device an opening and closing flap that is not delimited by the typical contour cutting lines that can cause the tearing of the sheet and the detachment or breakage of said flap, preventing the subsequent closure of the container by the device.
    Another object of the invention is to obtain an opening / closing device that provides adequate sealing to prevent evaporation of the essences of the product contained in the package, and avoid the problems of adhesion of the label when the contour is wetted. from the dispensing mouth of the container due to the removal of wipes or wet products contained therein. Another objective of the invention is to ensure that, once the device is opened, the folding flap remains open to be able to handle and extract the products with one hand, without the need to resort to the use of a sheet with two or three superimposed layers, avoiding a price increase of the product.
    Another object of the invention is to avoid the problems of adhesion of the label when the contour of the dispensing mouth of the container is moistened due to the extraction of wipes or wet products contained therein.
    Another object of the invention is to enable the incorporation into the opening and closing device of a semi-rigid laminar base disposed between the first sheet and the container and which gives the device a greater consistency than that of the first sheet; said greater consistency being adequate to allow the automated and high speed application of successive closing devices on respective flexible packages.
    According to the invention, in order to achieve the proposed objectives, the first sheet is formed of a semi-rigid material and the folding line, which defines the turning area of the closing flap, and is defined by an alignment of cuts


    longitudinally spaced apart and distributed so that two extreme cuts of the folding line affect two opposite ends of the first sheet and are open towards opposite sides of said first sheet, minimizing the tendency of the flap to return itself to the position closing, ensuring that said flap, once opened, remains in that position.
    These and other features of the invention set forth in the claims will be more readily understood in view of the exemplary embodiments shown in the attached figures, and which are detailed below. Description of the figures.
    To complement the description that is being made, and in order to facilitate the understanding of the features of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, as an illustration and not limitation, the following has been represented :
    - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of the opening / closing device constituted by a first adhesive sheet, facing the wall of a flexible container provided with a pre-punched area intended to form a dispensing mouth of the product.     - Figure 5 shows a top perspective view of a third variant embodiment of the opening and closing device, in which the closing sheet is fixed on a laminar base intended to be fixed on the wall of the flexible container; said device having been represented facing the wall of the container and with the closing flap in the open position.
    - Figure 6 shows a bottom perspective view of the opening / closing device of the previous figure.
    - Figure 7 shows a top perspective view of the opening / closing device of Figures 5 and 6 once applied to the flexible package.
    - Figure 8 shows a view analogous to Figure 7, once the opening / closing device has been opened.
    - Figure 9 shows a fourth embodiment of the opening / closing device of the invention, similar to that represented in Figures 5 to 8 and incorporating, additionally, for retention in the closed position, complementary portions of a contact closure / mechanical, hooks and loops.     In the exemplary embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 4, the opening and closing device comprises a first sheet (1) of semi-rigid material that has a removable adhesive layer (11) on its lower face for direct fixing, in a position of use, relative to a wall (P) of a flexible container (E); being defined in said wall (P) a pre-locked zone (PT) that when it is removed defines in the container (E) a dispensing mouth (B) of the products contained therein.
    As can be seen more clearly in Figures 1 and 2, the first sheet
    (1) has a folding line (12) that differentiates in said first sheet (1):


    an end portion (13) of fixation in use position to the container (E) by means of the removable adhesive (11); and a flap (14) for opening and closing possible rotation with respect to the folding line (12).
    Said folding line (12) is defined by an alignment of cuts (12a, 12b) longitudinally spaced and distributed so that two end cuts (12b) thereof affect two opposite ends of the first sheet (1) and meet open towards opposite sides of said first sheet (1), as can be seen in the enlarged detail of Figure 1.
    This distribution of the cuts (12a, 12b) minimizes the tendency of the first sheet
    (one) to recover the flat position after opening the flap (14), allowing said folding line (12), that the flap (14) once opened, as shown in figures 3 and 4, is maintained in said position, facilitating the handling and extraction of the products contained in the flexible container (E) with one hand.
    Once the closure device is placed on the flexible container (E), as shown in Figure 2, the pre-punched area (PT) adheres to the removable adhesive
